Larry died unexpectedly on Oct. 16, 2022.
Larry was born in Arlington, Washington on Aug. 8, 1945 to Stuart, Sr. and Lois Marshlain. He lived there until junior high, when the family moved to Port Townsend.
Larry graduated from Port Townsend High School in 1963, and joined the Air Force where he became a medic. He finished his enlistment at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane. Larry then attended Eastern Washington University where he graduated with a degree in psychology. He also spent time at Gonzaga Law School. Larry had a career as a fireman in the Spokane Valley. When he and his wife, Peggy, retired they moved to Lincoln, Wash. on Lake Roosevelt, where he loved fishing.
Larry was preceded in death by wife, Peggy; his parents; and two brothers, Stuart, Jr. and Alan. He is survived by nephew, Ken and family, of Chelan and his cousin E. Bruce Marshlain of Mill Creek, Wash.
