Howard Augustine Fosser, 80, Lakewood, Washington, died on Feb. 25, 2023.
He was born to Henry and Mabel (Isaacson) Fosser on Oct. 9, 1942, in Rugby, North Dakota. He served churches in Oregon and Washington and his last church was Grace Lutheran Church in Port Townsend, where he served for 23 years, retiring in 2008.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 22, at First Lutheran Church, Tacoma, Wash., and 2 p.m. Sunday, July 23, at Grace Lutheran Church, Port Townsend, followed by interment in the Courtyard of Grace Columbarium. Receptions to follow the services. Memorials preferred to Lutheran World Relief or the churches.
