David V. Grainger, 83, passed away peacfully on March 5, 2024. Born in Amherst, Massachusetts, Dave grew up in Sherman Oaks, California.
A grafuate of UC Berke;y, Dave began a carreer in finance before founding Minden Computers in 1981. After moving to Port Townsend in 2007, Dave became The Computer Doctor. Dave was happiest with a camera in his hands and became a bird & wildlife photographer.
Dave was the beloved husband of Patricia, and cherished father to Martin (Penny), of Boise, Idaho, and Robert, of Carmichael, California.
A private gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate Dave's life. Contributions in his memory can be made to the Humane Society of Jefferson County, PO Box 845, Port Hadlock, Wa 98339 or to the American Heart Association.
Dave Grainger will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
