We regretfully announce the passing of Dawn Inciong (Pickering) on Dec. 17, 2021. Dawn passed peacefully in her sleep. Dawn was born on June 4, 1970, to Jerry and Sharron Pickering in San Jose, California. Dawn is survived by her two daughters, Hanah Mead and Marisa Mead; and her husband, Joe Inciong. Dawn is also survived by brother, Rodney Clark, sisters, Tina, Felicia and Corrine Pickering. She was a loving, dedicated wife and mother to Joe, Hanah, and Marisa, as well as an amazing friend to anyone that was blessed to know her. Our family would not be where it is today if it weren’t for Dawn, and everyone will miss her dearly.
We are holding a celebration of life for Dawn from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at the Eagles Club in Poulsbo. Anyone who knew Dawn and wants to come celebrate her life is welcome to attend; 4230 NE Lincoln Road, Poulsbo, WA 98370.
