The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify a man photographed by a security camera as he left Port Hadlock Marina at about 2 a.m. Aug. 5 with stolen fishing gear.

The image shows a male carrying a crab pot puller in his right hand and a Scotty down-rigger in his left hand. The items were among fishing gear taken with an estimated value of $1,500. The marina and the owner of the vessel are offering $1,000 reward to the first person to contact the sheriff’s office with information that identifies the person in the image. Case #24-7886 is being investigated by Sgt. Stevenson at 360-531-4718.
