Phillip Lance Harvey died peacefully in his home in Kingsland, Texas with his wife, Karen on Nov. 4, 2021 from complications of rejection of his transplanted lungs.
He received his transplant on April 6, 2013 and spent the next 8½ years living life to its fullest.
Phil and Karen had the spirit of adventure and throughout their 41½ years of marriage they enjoyed living in Washington state, Arizona, Hawaii, Israel, and Texas. Phil loved God. He was a man of integrity who genuinely cared about others. He was a faithful and loving husband and father.
