Nothing was missing but the caller wanted the case documented.
At 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 in Quilcene, a caller reported finding cans, hoses, and chains sitting on the old Center Bridge.
The caller said the items had not been there the night before.
The items were eventually linked to the theft of fuel, where someone had emptied a 250-gallon water tank to use it to siphon 100 gallons of diesel fuel.
At 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 in Port Ludlow, a woman said her neighbor was harassing her while she was working in her yard.
The neighbor was standing on his property yelling at the woman, and the man threatened to handcuff the woman and detain her until law enforcement arrived.
A deputy responded and found the dispute was an ongoing issue between the property owners.
At 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 in Quilcene, a woman said she had gotten threats on social media about 10 minutes earlier from two other people.
She said she had seen an old friend on social media, but then she also noticed a picture of her friend kissing her boyfriend.
The woman made a comment about the photo, which prompted vague threats from the others.
