A caller said a man was seen taking items from a dumpster near Carl’s Building Supply.
When the caller confronted the man, he started yelling at her.
The man had a black bag and a bucket with him.

The man had been sighted at the Keg & I, but was asked to leave after becoming belligerent. He was last seen walking toward the gas station.
The caller said she went to look for the man but could not find him.
