Come join us as we dive into the fascinating world of insects, exploring their beauty and importance in our natural surroundings!
Join Richard Lewis as we stroll through several different habitats around Fort Flagler looking at insect abundance and diversity and discuss their endless interactions and critical roles in maintaining a healthy ecosystem.

Richard Lewis is an undergrad from University of Delaware, Masters from WSU both in Entomology. He Has 20+ years professional experience in agricultural pest management research at USDA ARS Yakima, UC Davis and University of Maryland. Resident of PT for 12 years, two sons ages 17, 19.
