The East Jefferson Rivals varsity boys basketball team lost 87-42 to Port Angeles High School in their first game of the winter season.
The Thursday, Dec. 1 matchup slides the Rivals’ record to 0-1, and their Friday Nisqually League matchup versus Klahowya Secondary School was cancelled due to weather-related concerns.
The Rivals were scheduled to face North Mason High School on Monday, Dec. 5 at home in Chimacum High School.
