Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer subscriptions, and oversee newspaper delivery. Skills/Requirements: • Proficiency in data entry and PC software systems • Familiarity with digital databases and file management • Ability to type accurately and efficiently • Excellent verbal/written communication skills • Prior experience in customer service roles • Ability to identify & troubleshoot barriers to newspaper delivery Hourly wage D.O.E.
