NEEDED: A careful person to print our luxury wallpaper. At Susan Harter Muralpapers, we create beautiful mural wallpaper for some of the nation's best interior designers. We have two possible roles available, as follows: Possible role one: A 20-25 hour per week roll, printing our wallpaper. Our printing operators work large format digital printers, using water-based printers to create our archival mural prints. We are happy to train the right person, as long as you have these traits: great attention to visual details, keen color perception, pride in your work, ability to stay organized and manage your own (reasonable) deadlines. Your duties would include: Handling 4-foot-long rolls of goods, lifting up to 20 pounds, preparing and cleaning printers, checking goods for flaws, ordering and testing materials, and packing and shipping goods. This is a calm, quiet office environment, not a shop floor, but we are looking for someone who likes a more active role rather than a desk job. This would be a 20-25 hours per week job with competitive hourly wages, vision/dental insurance, retirement matching and flexible hours. Possible role two: If you'd like a 30-40 hour per week role and have higher-level Photoshop skills, we are also looking for a production artist. Your role would be split between creating mural layouts, and printing the work as described above. This 30+ hour position would offer health insurance as well as the other benefits listed above.
