Traffic on Highway 104 is down to one lane after the roadway became partly obstructed Wednesday afternoon.
The blockage is near Sandy Shore Road and was reported just before 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, according to Jefferson County Emergency Management.
Traffic will be limited to alternating directions until the roadway is cleared.
