Ferry service on the Port Townsend-Coupeville route will restart at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, according to Washington State Ferries.
Sailings on the route were postponed Friday morning due to steering problems with the M/V Salish.
Repairs to the Salish have been finished, and the ferry will return to service with the 2 p.m. departure from Port Townsend.
Customers with reservations will be loaded on a first-come, first-served basis, WSF officials said.
