A vehicle collision on Highway 104 near the Hood Canal Bridge was slowing traffic Monday morning.
The crash was reported just before 9:30 a.m. Aug. 19.
The wreck was in the eastbound lane of the highway, near Milepost 14.
The highway was partially blocked to traffic, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
