Why a roundabout on Kearney?!
There are so many more pressing intersections without any kind of traffic systems, along Sims, F. Street, right outside of PT, etc. What is wrong with people pausing and slowing down as they enter the slower zone of our downtown?
There are longtime businesses that will be affected by the construction.
Are grants driving some of these recent city “improvements,” while basics are not given the attention needed?
