The Strait Turners woodturning club will be having an in-house meeting this month.
The gathering is planned for noon Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Gardiner Community Center, 980 Old Gardiner Road, Sequim. The club’s presenter this month will be Scott Overby from Port Orchard. He will turn a pepper mill.
The club will be following the COVID protocol at the community center. Masks are not required, but can be worn if desired.
The club meets every third Saturday of the month.
Upcoming events for members include the Sequim Farmers Market, the Wooden Boat Festival, Shipley Center Holiday Bazaar, and the Port Townsend Woodworking Show.
