Santa’s going to the dogs.
The Chamber of Jefferson County, along with renowned photographer Jeffrey Fong, will host a “Pawtraits” gathering with Santa from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18 at the chamber office at 2409 Jefferson St. in Port Townsend.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Kiwanis Toys for Tots and the Jefferson County Community Development Fund.
The event is open to the public.
Organizers note that pets who may not be eager to sit on Santa’s lap can pose for photos on an ottoman decked out with a festive holiday backdrop.
