Port Townsend Indivisible will host the presentation and workshop “Save energy - Save money” next week.
The program is set for 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 11 at Unity Church, 3918 San Jan Ave.
The presentation details how households can save energy and be rewarded for doing so with rebates and tax credits from PUD and the federal government through the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Act, which was included in the recently passed Biden Administration Inflation Reduction Act.
Presenters at the free event include representatives from solar, electrical, engineering, Local 2020, and Jefferson County PUD.
There will be time for individual questions and assistance. The event is free. Masks are recommended.
