The woman told police that the man had repeatedly accused her of stalking him while she was taking her morning walks. The man is known to engage in this sort of behavior, according to police. At 8:16 a.m. the following day, a man contacted police to report the same man from the previous incident had yelled at him, accusing him of stalking, this time in the 4900 Block of Landis Street.
