At 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, in the 2000 block of McClellan Street, a man was reported after harassing and cursing out a woman outside her home.

The woman told law enforcement that he flipped her off and said “[Expletive] you, what are you [expletive] looking at,” then started grabbing his groin.

The woman is familiar with the man, and officers were unable to find him after he left on foot. The woman was advised to get a court order against the man.

At 3:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of Gaines Street. The reporting party told police that someone was dealing drugs out of an RV.

The vehicle was parked in the area for three days, and the reporting party said the RV owner was dealing drugs all over town and dropping off alcohol and meth. Officers knocked on the RV’s door, but nobody answered. Junk was strewn all around the vehicle and the officers tagged the RV for 24-hour removal.

At 5:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, in the 1700 block of Discovery Road, a possible burglary was reported at a nearby church.

A young man, described as 5-foot-8-inches tall with curly brown hair and a puffy black coat, was seen prying open a shed door on the church property. The man walked over to an apartment complex nearby, and officers were unable to locate him after patrolling the area.

The officers observed the shed, noting it was unclear whether the shed was recently broken into or not. There were mostly just garden supplies in it, and police are attempting to contact the church to confirm whether or not a crime occurred.

At 9:45 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, the RV man from a previous police report was reported in the 1900 block of Water Street for stealing a garbage can and filling it with trash.

Officer contacted the RV owner, and he said someone had given him the can. The officers were unable to determine if a crime had occurred, and he was warned for littering. The man said he was working on cleaning up and moving along, and the officers said his RV would be towed if it was parked in the same location the next day.

At 11:20 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, in the 400 block of West Sims Way, a man was seen walking into the roadway and stopping traffic. Multiple reports were called in about the man’s actions, and a caller said he was waving his hands around like he was trying to egg drivers on.
