Property owners responsible for right-of-ways?
I don’t understand. The city makes plans for plantings and then expects others to maintain them? Is this demand serving the community and instilling trust? This approach hasn’t worked along Sims Way where many plantings along the sides are left to weeds.
If the city isn’t prepared to maintain what they plan and plant, to then impose the responsibility for maintenance on others seems grossly unfair.
