Port Townsend Mayor Michelle Sandoval recently declared Friday, May 14 as KPTZ Radio Day in the city of Port Townsend.
In preparation of KPTZ’s 10th year of service to the Northeast Olympic Peninsula, the proclamation was made at a Port Townsend City Council Business meeting last week.
The station is planning an on-air celebration beginning the week of May 13 and will be looking back on its achievements over the past decade.
