The Port Townsend City Council unanimously approved a resolution to update its rates for stormwater and retail sewer utilities.
The city will spend $60,000 for Redmond-based financial consulting company, FCS Group, to update Port Townsend’s retail sewer and stormwater rate models.
The last rate model update completed by the city was in 2021, and the city’s new rate ordinance is required by
Jan. 1, 2024.
