Jefferson County’s new human resource manager has been appointed to the county’s Risk Management Committee.
Andrew Rowlson was hired as the human resource manager for Jefferson County in December.
Commissioners appointed Rowlson to the position Monday. He will take over as the risk coordinator/assistant risk manager for the committee Jan. 1.
Rowlson, 54, is a Port Angeles resident.
