“It’s a social experience while getting great cardio and a full-strength workout,” Dorée said of the sport. “The paddleboard is a very unique perspective, it’s a very intimate experience.”

Dorée’s lessons are geared to teach beginner and experienced paddleboarders, and provide them with the skills and knowledge to be comfortable and improve.
