Congressman Derek Kilmer will deliver a special presentation to Port Townsend city council during its business meeting Tuesday. U.S. Rep. Kilmer, a Gig Harbor Democrat, represents Washington's 6th District in the U.S. House of Representatives. The city council meeting is set to start at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 18 when Kilmer will deliver his presentation to city council.
