A celebration of life is scheduled for Kennith Robert “Bob” Carter, who passed away July 5, 2022, at the age of 72 due to complications from ALS. The public gathering is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 23 at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St., Port Townsend.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Port Townsend Kiwanis Foundation or Port Townsend High School Alumni. A full obituary will be published at a later date.
