Everybody knows that Jefferson County is in the middle of a housing crisis. We all know good people who have been negatively impacted by this crisis.
Like anything, we can’t manage this crisis unless we can measure it. Join me in helping measure the most acute aspect of our housing crisis, counting the unhoused.
The Point in Time Count is our effort to find out how many were unhoused on Jan. 26, 2023.
If you know anyone who is sleeping in an RV, tent, or car, anyone who is couch surfing or in a marginal housing situation, we want to make sure their plight is recognized. Contact OlyCAP at 360-385-2571 to make sure your friend or family member is counted.
