Jefferson Land Trust is set to host its annual Holiday Open House, offering tasty treats and festive drinks as they celebrate ongoing preservation efforts and look to what’s ahead in 2023.

The open house is set from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30 at the Jefferson Land Trust office and courtyard, located at 1033 Lawrence St., Port Townsend.

There will be an outdoor tent set up in the courtyard for those more comfortable in the open air, as well as indoor space in the office. Wearing a mask is optional for the event.

Visitors are invited to come anytime between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for hot chocolate, hot cider, and sweets (including gluten-free options) to ring in the new year.

Whether one is a longtime supporter of the land trust or curious to learn more about the nonprofit, community members are invited to celebrate 2022’s progress and chat about what’s on the horizon for 2023.
