Jefferson County residents can register to vote up to Nov. 2 | 2021 Election

Jefferson County residents can register to vote all the way up to, and including, Election Day. 

Voters must reside at their address at least 30 days prior to the election.

To register to vote, or change your name or address, voter registration
forms are available online at voter.votewa.gov, drivers licensing locations, the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office, as well as various locations throughout the county (schools, libraries, community centers, etc.).

Voting Center

The Jefferson County Auditor’s Office is a Voting Center through Election Day, Nov. 2.

For assistance with voter registration, voting, elections or accessibility, contact the Auditor’s Office between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Election Day hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.).

Services at the Voting Center include an accessible voting unit, ballot drop-off, replacement ballots, and voter registration.

Key dates for the 2021 General Election

Friday, Oct. 15: Start of the 18-day voting period (through Election Day). Ballots are mailed out and Accessible Voting Units (AVUs) are available at voting centers.

Monday, Oct. 25: Online and mail registrations must be received eight days before Election Day. Register to vote in person during business hours and any time before 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Tuesday, Nov. 2: General Election — deposit your ballot in an official drop box by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
