County library to offer COVID tests to go

Posted

The Jefferson County Library in Port Hadlock is partnering with Jefferson County Public Health to distribute COVID-19 test kits to anyone who has had a direct exposure or has symptoms.

Each kit contains two tests and instructions, information on where to report positive results, and a COVID testing flowchart.

To receive a kit, use the library or Bookmobile’s curbside service. After arriving, people can call the curbside phone number and staff will deliver the kit(s) to those waiting.

No personal information to assist with kit delivery will be taken other than the location of the caller’s vehicle.

Kits are not available to meet travel needs or other requests.
Call 360-385-6544 or email information@
