Ask, where am I on the ACD spectrum? Is ACD (Anthropogenic Climate Disruption) acknowledged? Or is ACDD (Anthropocentric Climate Denial Disorder) evident?
Check for symptoms of ACDC (Anthropocene Climate Destroyed Chaos), and consult with your healthcare professionals, children and families, employers and elected/appointed officials.
Evaluate your options to respond, be honest about how much time you think you have left!
