Celia Hartley passed away Oct. 21, 2020 of natural causes in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 89.
Celia was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Gaiser, San Diego; and son David Gaiser, Phoenix. She leaves her daughter-in-law Candy Gaiser, Phoenix; sister-in-law Dawn Rooney, Bangkok; and niece Sarah Rooney, Bangkok.
Celia was a 25-year resident of Port Townsend. She was born in Lewiston, Idaho, and attended Whitman College in Walla Walla. She practiced as a Jungian psychologist in Seattle before moving to Port Townsend, where she sang with the Von Bingen Singers and was a member of the Science, Literature, and Art club.
