Chace is a clinical practitioner, author and educator who seeks to empower people to improve their health with informed food choices. Regarded as a leader in the field of medical nutrition therapy, she has written books, columns and patient-care materials, and has appeared on radio and television.
In more than 20 books, Chace has addressed whole food dietary approaches to disease management as author and co-author. Titles include “What to Eat If You Have Diabetes,” “The New Detox Diet,” “What to Eat If You Have Cancer” and “What to Eat If You Have Heart Disease.”
Attendees may enjoy a smoothie sample and receive a gift bag. There is also be a raffle for an Omega blender with the purchase of a book.
