Claude - headwaiter, more careful with a place-setting than other's feelings
Mimi - waitress, wide-eyed and looking for adventure in the world
Gaston - chef with a flare for the dramatic
Antoine - (late teens or 20's) waiter-in-training, innocent and wiser than he/she knows
Miss Berger - Victor's beloved, deeply affected by the decision she needs to make
