Local outdoor art supply company Art Toolkit is hosting a sketch-and-stroll event 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, April 23.
The company’s founder, artist Maria Coryell-Martin, shares some quick sketching tips before artists explore Fort Worden on foot to find fun spots to paint. Bring a sketchbook and supplies; Art Toolkit will also have watercolor palettes and brushes available to try out. The walk ends at Reveille for drinks, snacks, and a chance to share the day’s creations.
The event is free; register in advance at tinyurl.com/sketchandstroll.
