Dr. Molly Parker is the guest speaker at this month’s meeting of the American Association of University Women Port Townsend Branch.
The child care desert in Jefferson County will be the focus of the program. Parker is chief medical officer of population health at Jefferson Healthcare and will give an update from a population health perspective and share some of the work underway to eradicate the problem.
The local AAUW branch will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21 at the Port Townsend Elks Club.
The club is located at 555 Otto St. All are welcome; doors open at 9:30 a.m.
