All 20 competing middle school athletes warm up prior to their Olympic League Middle School wrestling meet in Forks Wednesday, March 9. The wrestlers are completing an exercise called “gut wrenches.” To complete this exercise these athletes literally flip over their partner by grabbing onto their sweatshirt near the stomach and flipping over onto their feet, then return to their starting position by flipping over again.
