Washington State Patrol (WSP) detectives are seeking witnesses to a hit-and-run fatality that occurred on State Route 3 on the offramp to Finn Hill in Poulsbo.
Detectives believe the incident occurred during the hours of darkness from the evening of Dec. 8 to the morning of Dec. 9. A passerby discovered the victim on the shoulder and called authorities.
WSP detectives are seeking any information and/or witnesses as well as information regarding any prior observations of a pedestrian walking along SR 3 in the area prior to the incident.
