The Lady Kings escaped with a 28-27 win against the Quilcene Rangers in girls varsity basketball last week in Auburn.
Quilcene ended the week with a loss to the Lions, 44-23, against Sound Christian Academy in Tacoma.
The pair of losses left Quilcene with an overall record of 2-8 (1-3 conference).
The Rangers were scheduled to return to action Tuesday on the road against Puget Sound Adventist Academy.
Quilcene will come home to play Thursday for the first time in two weeks with a matchup against the Northwest Yeshiva Lions.
