Tickets are on sale for the Jefferson County Master Gardener Foundation’s 2022 Secret Garden Tour.
The tour has been on hold since 2019 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The tour is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 18, and will feature gardens at the Port Townsend Library, three Uptown homes, one tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off Hastings Avenue, and two in the Cape George area. Tour organizers said a highlight at one of the gardens is a large, beautiful Camperdown Elm tree, said to be 130 years old.
Secret Garden Tour tickets can be purchased at the Port Townsend Garden Center, Secret Garden Nursery, Shold Landscape Products and Garden Center, Chimacum Corner Farmstand, and online at Brown Paper Tickets (brownpapertickets.com/event/5446440). Advance tickets are $15; day-of tickets will be sold at the Port Townsend Library and are $20.
Garden maps are available at the nurseries selling tickets. Those purchasing tickets online at Brown Paper Tickets may pick up a map at the Port Townsend Library will-call on the day of the tour.
