Washington State Ferries said Wednesday its agents in the WSF Call Center agents were not able to make or change vehicle reservations for travel on the Port Townsend-Coupeville and San Juan Islands routes due to an ongoing technical issue.
WSF announced the tech problems just before 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Travelers on the two routes are being encouraged to secure or adjust their reservations until the issue is resolved.
Agents can still be reached by phone at 206-464-6400 for people who have other questions or need additional travel information.
WSF said it was working to resolve the technical problems as quickly as possible.
