Imagine if it were elevated to a Guiding Principle in our society? Always in the forefront of the decision-making in our country’s institutions? Much is at stake in these perilous times. Yet, out of this current generation of students will come our future problem-solvers, critical thinkers, innovators, healers, scientists, artists, leaders. Let’s give them the tools they will need to be successful, to thrive and to shine.
These two propositions are not new levies. They are replacements for the levies that our community previously supported, and which are now expiring. Let’s all vote “yes” to continue high quality public education in Port Townsend.
