Bellevue Christian won 62-43 to the chagrin of the East Jefferson Rivals boys basketball team Saturday.

Both teams met Jan. 22 at Port Townsend High School with a relatively high scoring varsity bout. The Rivals performed well on offense, but were ultimately outscored to add a loss to their record.

EJ senior Lonnie Kenney scored 12 points, and sophomores Keidan Guzman and Stuart Dow followed with nine points each.

The Rivals’ record sat at 3-7 (2-6 conference) before the boys traveled to face Seattle Christian School Jan. 24.
