The Olympic Community Action Program has announced the expansion of its Commodity Supplemental Food Program into north Jefferson County, including Port Townsend and the Tri Area.
The food program provides a monthly box of nutritious, shelf-stable food delivered directly to the homes of low-income seniors.
Included are items such as canned meats, cereal, rice and beans, peanut butter, pasta, boxed or instant milk, canned fruit and vegetables, cheese, and juice.
To qualify, individuals must reside in north Jefferson County and monthly income must not exceed eligibility levels.
