A mysterious "monolith" has popped up in Port Townsend.
The strange object seemingly appeared overnight at the intersection of West Sims Way and Kearney Street.
The odd apparatus appeared to be about 8 feet tall, with a triangular base, and the exquisitely crafted creation was covered with what appeared to be a shiny metal sheath of some sorts; highly reflective in the afternoon sun.

It disappeared after about a week, removed by a group apparently worried about too many tourists trekking to view the monolith.
An attempt by The Leader to find the otherworldly entity that left the object on the street corner in Port Townsend was unsuccessful.
