Mindful Compassion for Teens

Join The Benji Project for an eight week after-school program to explore mindful self-compassion and how it can support your well-being. Designed for teens 13-17 years old, each session will use art, meditation, journaling, and movement practices to help you arrive in the present moment and learn to manage stress with greater ease.
