The Kingston Buccaneers escaped with a three-set win over East Jefferson in girls junior varsity volleyball last week.
Kingston prevailed 25-18, 25-16, and 25-11 in a well-fought matchup against EJ.
Alyssa Vandenberg was the standout player of the night for East Jefferson.
Coach Kristina Jennings said she was “(the) best all-around player. Consistency with serving, passing, and hitting.”
