Hailey Lampe of Cruising Climate has started a food forest and wants you to come see! Using regenerative methods, Lampe has started converting a 1/2 acre hedgerow into a demonstration, food-producing ecosystem. The space is in the "during" phase of its conversion, meaning you will get to see some of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a farm.
On the tour, Lampe will personally guide you around the space, explore the design she has created for it, explain the regenerative methods she will be using to create the space, and will answer any questions you have. Seeing The Hedgerow in person is a great chance for you to see some of the regenerative practices taught by Lampe in-action!
Registration is required. Donations are encouraged, but not required for attendance. You may donate in-person at the event, if you'd prefer. Suggested donations are $5-20 per person. Also, please keep in mind this is a working farm- footing is uneven and may be difficult or impassable for folks requiring mobility supports.
